My Famous Low Carb Pizza
My kids didn’t even believe it wasn’t regular pizza crust!
The crust is super simple.
Add 2 tbsp of Pizza Pasta Magic seasoning to 7 cups of mozzarella cheese and 7 eggs and mix really well with a hand mixer.
Spread evenly onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake this at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Once done, add your pizza sauce. I prefer Rao’s as it’s a great low carb option.
Then add your favorite toppings. Pepperoni and sausage crumbles for us. Top with just a cup more of cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
