This is a delicious low carb meal the whole family will enjoy! And with less than 4 net carbs per serving, it’s a win win.
Start with cooking your chicken in avocado oil on medium high heat then remove once done.
Add your chopped onion, green beans and sliced baby bella mushrooms and stir. You want the veggies to get tender but not mushy.
In a bowl add all the ingredients for the sauce. Full disclosure, I was only supposed to add 2 tbsp of keto brown sugar instead of ¼ of a cup but I’m not mad about it. It was sooo good!
Add the chicken back to the skillet and pour the sauce over and let simmer a couple minutes.
Serve on it’s own or over cauliflower rice and enjoy.
1 pound of chicken tenders
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp sesame oil
1 lb sliced baby bella mushrooms
½ small onion, chopped
12 oz fresh green beans
¼ cup liquid aminos
2 tbsp keto brown sugar, I used Swerve brand (I also used ¼ cup lol)
¼ tsp white pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp xanthan gum
