If you’re looking for a low carb, satisfying snack that actually hits the spot… these Low Carb Bacon & Cream Cheese Pickles are about to become a new favorite.

Crispy bacon on the outside, warm and creamy on the inside, salty pickle perfection — and when you dip them in ranch? Next level. 😮‍🔥

Simple recipes like this are exactly how I’ve been able to stick to a low carb lifestyle long-term and lose 70 lbs. No complicated steps. No weird ingredients. Just real, easy food that tastes amazing.

Why You’ll Love These

  • Low carb & keto-friendly

  • High in fat for satiety

  • Super simple ingredients

  • Air fryer friendly

  • Great for snacks, game day, or cravings

These are one of those snacks that feel indulgent, but still align with your goals.

Ingredients

  • Large pickles

  • Cream cheese

  • Bacon slices

  • Ranch dressing (for dipping)

That’s it. 🙌

How to Make Bacon & Cream Cheese Pickles

  1. Take large pickles and slice them in half lengthwise.

  2. Scoop out the seeds from each half.

  3. Stuff each pickle half with cream cheese.

  4. Wrap each stuffed pickle with a slice of bacon.

  5. Place in air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes.

I use a mini air fryer, so I cook 2 at a time. Adjust as needed based on your air fryer size.

Let them cool slightly, then serve with ranch dressing for dipping.

My Favorite Mini Air Fryer

I use a mini air fryer for quick snacks like this and absolutely love it.

Tips

  • Thick-cut bacon gives extra crunch

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture

  • If bacon isn’t crispy enough, add 1–2 extra minutes

Perfect Pairing for Low Carb Living

Food choices matter… but so does how your body is fueled.

One of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to stay consistent with low carb for over 9 years is because I pair my meals with exogenous ketones.

They help support:

  • Steady energy

  • Appetite control

  • Mental clarity

  • Easier low carb transitions

If you’re curious about trying ketones without committing to a full tub, I offer sample packs so you can test them out first.
