May not look the best but it is one of the BEST low carb recipes I’ve made!
Sauté a sliced onion in butter while cooking 6 slices of bacon in another pan.
Remove the onions after they are soft.
Season 2 halved chicken breasts then cook in olive oil, 4 minutes on each side.
Remove from the pan and add butter, heavy whipping cream and onions back to the pan and stir well (scrape off all the amazing seasoning from the bottom of the pan to season the sauce) for just 1 – 2 minutes then add the chicken back in.
Top with crumbled bacon and shredded parmesan cheese.
SOOOO GOOD!
Ingredients
2 halved chicken breasts
1 sliced onion
6 slices of bacon
2 tbsp butter (separated)
1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning to your taste:
Salt and Pepper
Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and I used Flavor God’s Bacon Lovers seasoning
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
