Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Dinner




Definitely save this recipe if you love Buffalo Chicken. Simple, tasty and low carb!


Put 3 diced chicken breasts in a skillet with oil. Top with ranch seasoning and Buffalo seasoning (I use Flavor God as they don’t add sugar – use coupon code Katehigdon to save 10%). Cook then set aside.


In the skillet add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, shredded cheddar cheese and hot sauce and stir until melted and be sure to scrape all the seasoning off the bottom of the pan, that adds more flavor. Next add the chicken back in just to warm up and then serve.

3 chicken breasts diced

2 tbsp olive oil

5 pieces of bacon (crumbled)

1 packet of dry ranch dressing (or 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning by Flavor God)

4 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup Hot Sauce (I used Frank’s)
