Keto Cinnamon & Vanilla Candied Pecans


Eating Keto or Low carb and want a sweet treat? These cinnamon and vanilla pecans hit the spot completely!


In a non-stick pan combine all your ingredients on medium heat and bring to a simmer.


Add 2 cups of pecans and stir well. Keep stirring until the sweetener begins to crystalize.


Then pour onto parchment paper and spread out. I add powdered sweetener but that’s optional.


Refrigerate for 20 minutes then just break apart and place in a bowl.


Ingredients 2 tbsp butter 4 tbsp water ½ cup erythritol (or your favorite keto sweetener) 2 tsp vanilla 2 tsp cinnamon 2 cups pecans
