Creamy Spinach Mushroom Pork Chops
Hey low carbers… check out this yummy meal and be sure to save it. It was simple but looks fancy. Totally impressed my family.

Start with 4 pork chops salt and pepper both sides and put in a hot skillet with avocado oil and butter. Cook for 4 minutes on both sides and remove.
Add more butter along with mushrooms, garlic and Italian seasoning and stir for 5 minutes.
Then add some almond flour and cook another minute.
Pour in some chicken broth and lemon juice cooking for a couple minutes before adding your heavy whipping cream.
Put the pork chops back in the pan and add the spinach, remove from heat and let it wilt.

2 tbsp butter (divided)
7 oz mini portobello mushrooms
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp almond flour
½ cup chicken broth
½ tsp lemon juice
¾ cup HWC
2 cups baby spinach
