Simple Low Carb Italian Chicken Casserole

Is your life busy… Don’t have time for fancy meals? Well this is a throw it together, easy meal that the whole family loves and it’s low carb!

Start with 4-5 chicken breasts shredded, check out my other videos for this recipe. Top with a jar of Rao’s and spread out evenly.

Pour 2-3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and then 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese.

Now for the spice, it’s all about what flavors you love. I used Italian seasoning, Garlic lovers by Flavor God and some Pizza & Pasta Magic. Again, amount is up to you and how much flavor you want. Don’t overthink this one!

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: 4-5 Chicken Breasts - cooked & shredded (buy or make) 1 jar Rao’s Sauce (flavor up to you) 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 tbsp (Flavor God) Garlic Lovers Seasoning 1 tbsp Pizza & Pasta Magic Seasoning
