Simple Chicken & Salsa Recipe
Looking for a SUPER simple low carb dinner recipe? I’m giving this a 10 out of 10 for simplicity.
Pour a jar of salsa in a casserole dish and place 3 chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle your favorite taco seasoning on them and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
Take out of the oven and covered with shredded Mexican blend cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
In a skillet cook frozen cauliflower rice in butter and add some Mexican seasoning.
Plate and top with some sour cream.
So simple and very low in carbs and calories which is always a winner in my book.
1 jar of Salsa
3 Chicken Breasts
Small bag of Frozen Cauliflower Rice
2 cups shredded cheese
1 tbsp Butter
