Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding (Low Carb / Keto)



Did you know that chia seeds are among the healthiest foods on the planet? So many health benefits to these little things.


Since it’s fall, I made a pumpkin pie version of Chia Pudding and it is the BEST version I’ve ever made.


When you are done mixing all the ingredients, pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. I topped mine with whip cream.

Ingredients: ¼ cup HWC ¼ cup water 2 ½ tbsp chia seeds 2 ½ tbsp brown sweetner (I use swerve) 1 tbsp pumpkin puree ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice ¼ tsp vanilla extract
