Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cake (Low Carb)

Are you keto or low carb but you're craving something sweet and salty? Well this recipe turned out even better than I hoped!

Start by mixing together butter, cream cheese, sweetner, peanut butter and vanilla. Then add eggs and beat until mixed well.

Next add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, & pink salt then fold in with a spatula.

Mix in chocolate chips, then pour into a greased glass baking dish.

Toppings are really up to you, but I sprinkled some coconut shavings, more chocolate chips, nuts and some course pink salt.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Let cool completely and serve.

Ingredients: ½ cup Butter (room temperature) 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature) 2 cups granulated sugar substitute (I use Swerve) ½ cup Low Sugar Peanut Butter 2 tsp Vanilla 5 Eggs 1 ½ cup Almond Flour ½ cup Coconut Flour ¼ tsp Pink Salt 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder

Toppings I used: Sugar-free Coconut Shavings Sugar-free Chocolate Chips (I use Lily's) Assorted Nuts Course Pink Salt
