One Pan, Low Carb Taco Casserole

One pan, low carb and delicious, you are gonna wanna save this recipe!

Brown ground hamburger and drain then add the lowest sugar taco seasoning you can find, or make your own.

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, a can of rotel and shredded cheese. Spread over the hamburger evenly. Then top with more shredded cheese and green onions.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes then top with whatever speaks TACO to you.

2 lbs ground hamburger

1 package taco seasoning

16 oz cottage cheese

10 oz can of Rotel

2 cups shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

2 tbsp diced green onions
