No Bake Low Carb, High Protein Cookies


These no bake cookies were perfect to eat before heading out to the pool. They are low carb and packed with protein, so super satisfying.


Start with 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, find the lowest sugar option you can. Add 2 scoops of zero carb protein powder, 2 tbsp of keto sweetener, ½ cup of almond flour and 1/3 cup of sugar free chocolate chips.


Mix it all up really well to form a dough. Then roll into a ball and form into the shape of a hockey puck and place on parchment paper.


I put a few more chips on top and placed in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

So good, so filling and no guilt!


Ingredients 1 cup creamy, low sugar peanut butter 2 scoops of low/zero carb protein powder ½ cup almond flour 2 tbsp Sweetener 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips

9 servings - 2 net carbs per serving 16 g of protein 273 calories 21 g fat
