Low Carb Cinnamon Rolls – A Guilt-Free Treat
There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls baking in the oven. The warm butter, the sweet cinnamon, and that gooey frosting on top—it’s comfort food at its finest. But if you’re living a low-carb lifestyle, traditional cinnamon rolls can feel off-limits.
That’s why I was so excited to try this low-carb version. They’re quick, easy, and absolutely delicious—plus, they won’t throw you off track with your goals.
How to Make Them:
The secret starts with low carb Hawaiian rolls. I used the ones from @thesolacompany (you can find them at Walmart). From there, it’s all about the filling and frosting!
The filling:
1/3 cup butter
½ cup brown sugar substitute
Cinnamon (measure with your heart)
Pinch of salt
Mix until smooth, then spread half on the bottom of your rolls, add the tops back, and spread the rest over them. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes until golden and gooey.
The frosting:
1 triangle Laughing Cow cheese
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
Whip together until creamy, then spread over the warm rolls. Warning: they are dangerously addictive!

Staying on Track with Low Carb
For me, the real challenge in the past wasn’t finding recipes—it was fighting cravings and staying consistent long term. Once I discovered how to control my appetite with all natural ketone supplements, everything changed.
For the last 9 years, ketones have been a game-changer in helping me stick to low carb. They’ve given me:
Appetite control so I’m not battling cravings all day.
Steady energy without the crashes.
Support for fat loss that makes progress easier to maintain.
Better brain health and focus, which is priceless at any age.
If you’ve ever felt like willpower alone isn’t enough, this could be the missing piece. You can learn more about the ketones I personally use here: Katehigdon.pruvit.com/learn
