Low Carb Veggies!


Minerals and vitamins are ALWAYS important and even more when eating low carb or keto. If you are in Ketosis, your body is flushing a lot of systemic inflammation out and a long with that comes important minerals.


I prefer getting as many of these from food as possible and raw vegetables are higher in minerals and vitamins.


I keep these and a few others like celery ready to grab at all times. Low in calories and low in carbs. Also high in fiber… another element low carb eaters need to make sure they get.


Remember… if you are following me, know it’s not about weight loss for me. It is ALWAYS about health first.


Without your health… you have nothing.
