Low Carb Taco Pizza (chicken crust)


3 net carbs for this Taco Pizza and also full of protein, not to mention it actually tastes amazing. Save this recipe for later.


Combine all these ingredients for the crust and mix together. Roll into a ball and place on parchment paper. Flatten out until it’s ¼ of an inch thick and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes


For the topping, cover with salsa and add taco seasoned ground beef (I used Taco Tuesday by Flavor God) then any of your favorite toppings. Some how I forgot shredded lettuce and sour cream on mine but it was still good.


This makes 8 servings and I couldn’t eat two it’s so filling and according to my husband, the leftovers were great too.


Ingredients:

Crust

1 lb ground chicken

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

½ shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Toppings

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp taco seasoning (Taco Tuesday by Flavor God)

1/3 cup salsa

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

½ chopped tomato

2 tbsp diced red onion

And whatever else you LOVE!
