This recipe makes 2 dozen sausage balls (24 total).

  • 2 lbs breakfast sausage

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)

  • ½ onion, finely chopped

  • 1 Tbsp parsley

  • 1½ Tbsp minced garlic

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


🔥 How to Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, hamburger, onion, parsley, garlic, eggs, and shredded cheddar.

  3. Mix everything together until fully combined. (Hands work best!)

  4. Roll into small balls — you should get about 24.

  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
