Low Carb Pork Chops with Mushroom & Garlic Cream Sauce
If you are eating low carb and want a simple, amazing dinner recipe, save this one for sure!
It’s a family favorite!
Start with cooking 4 seasoned pork chops in oil. I used Flavor God’s “Everything Seasoning”. Cook on both sides for 4 minutes and set aside.
Add some more oil and portobello mushrooms and saute for a few minutes then add minced garlic, heavy whipping cream, shredded parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and stir until the cheese has melted. Add a large handful of fresh spinach cooking until wilted.
Place the pork chops back in just to warm and then serve.
4 pork chops
(season with salt & pepper – I used Flavor God’s Everything Seasoning)
4 tbsp of olive oil (Separate in 2)
3 cups sliced portobello mushrooms
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup HWC
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ tsp red pepper flakes
