One Pan Bacon and Chicken Dinner

This is in the top 10 recipes I’ve made this year. So good and super filling!


In a skillet cook 7 slices of bacon and then set aside.

I halved 2 large chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder on both sides.


Then place in the skillet, cook 3-4 minutes on each side and set aside.


Put ½ stick of butter in the skillet and then put ½ a red onion sliced in there along with 13 oz of sliced mushrooms and 1 tbsp of minced garlic and cook until veggies are tender.


Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1 tbsp of almond flour and stir 1 to 2 minutes then add your chicken back in, top with the crumbled bacon and sprinkle parmesan cheese to finish it.


This is so good, the whole family loved it!


Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

Seasoning to taste – salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

7 slices of bacon

½ stick of butter

½ red onion sliced

13 oz slices portobello mushrooms

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 cup HWC

1 tbsp almond flour
