Low Carb (Faux) Potatoes!



Do you crave potatoes but are eating low carb? This recipe is a great alternative!

Start with rinsing and cutting up 3 small bags of radishes. Cover with avocado oil, salt and garlic. Place them on a line cooking sheet and bake for 18 minutes at 400 degrees.

Take out of the oven and flip and then cover with parmesan cheese and cook another 5 minutes.

Super tasty and satisfies that potato craving!
