Low Carb BBQ Chicken Casserole

I was shocked at how good this was.
Put shredded chicken in the bottom of a skillet and add garlic salt and chopped red onion. Pour some low carb bbq sauce over the chicken, this is my favorite brand and I used about ¾ of the bottle.
Cover with some shredded jack cheese and some shredded cheddar cheese.
Top with coleslaw mix and then cover with the remainder of the cheese and then put on your crumbled bacon and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
LOVED this so much and the leftovers were great too.
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs cooked shredded chicken breasts
8 oz low sugar BBQ Sauce (approximate)
1 tsp garlic salt
½ cup diced red onion
2 ½ cups coleslaw mix
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 slices of bacon (crumbled)
