This Low Carb Chocolate Mousse just has 4 ingredients and takes 4 minutes to make start to finish.
Combine heavy whipping cream with unsweetened cocoa powder, granular sweetener (I used RXSugar brand) and vanilla extract.
Blend together with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
Place in a serving dish with some cool whip and sugar free chocolate chips. Yum!
