Keto Sesame Chicken

Recipes like this have allowed me to cook healthy low carb meals that the whole family enjoy cuz I’m NO short order cook.


I tried over and over to stick to the low carb lifestyle only to fail. As a tired mom just trying to get through the day… I felt so low. Recipe:


Cut your chicken into small pieces, dip in eggs then into flour mixture put in hot olive oil in the skillet for a several minutes on both sides.

1 lbs of diced Chicken 2 Eggs 1 cup Almond flour Salt & Pepper (to taste) ½ tsp Garlic powder ¼ tsp Paprika


Mix up your sauce in a separate bowl and then cover the cooked chicken.

2 tbsp Coconut aminos 1 tbsp Sesame oil 2 tbsp Monkfruit 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Sesame seeds


We served ours over cauliflower rice and placed some diced some green onions on top. It was sooo good, we even doubled the recipe!
