Low Carb or Keto doesn’t mean you can’t eat yummy food!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground Italian sausage 2 Oz cream cheese 2 Tbsp sour cream 24 slices of provolone cheese 1 jar of Rao’s Marinara Sauce
Ground the sausage in a skillet then add cream cheese and sour cream.
Bake cheese slices on parchment paper at 350 for 5 minutes.
Spoon sausage into 12 slices of cheese and cover with the other slices, press down the edges.
Broil for 1 minute
Top with marinara sauce and shredded Parmesan cheese.
