Keto Monkey Bread


This may be one of my favorite sweet treats and I’m NOT a baker, but it really was easy


Melt 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 ounces of cream cheese together

Mix in 1 tsp vanilla and 2 eggs


In a separate bowl combine your dry ingredients

Add 1/3 cup of sweetner to 2 cups of almond flour

1 tsp of baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Add to wet ingredients a little at a time.


Roll into small balls and place on parchment paper (should make about 20)

Melt 4 tbsp of butter and dip the balls in the butter and then roll into

¼ cup of sweetner and 2 tbls of cinnamon and place in Bundt pan


Topping is 2 tbsp melted butter with 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream, ¼ cup of keto brown sugar, pinch of salt and a few drops vanilla

Pour over the dough and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes


Ingredients for dough:

2 cups mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1/3 cup sweetener

2 cups almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt
