Keto Cake Pops



Counting your carbs and think you can’t have cake pops??? This is not only keto friendly, but also super easy to make and tastes amazing!


No made from scratch cake for me! I used this cake mix, baked the cake, let it cool and then crumbled it into a bowl.


Then I added the premade frosting kneading it in by hand.

After that, I Just rolled into balls, placed on parchment paper and put the sticks in and set in the freezer for an hour.


Chocolate coating is sugar free chocolate chips with some coconut oil melted in the microwave. I microwaved in 30 second intervals stirring in between so as not to burn.


Cover the pops and then put in the fridge for 20 minutes.


Everyone in the house is loving these… not just the low carbers.



Ingredients: 1 box Duncan Hines Keto Classic Cake mix (bake according to box) 1 container Duncan Hines Keto Vanilla Frosting 9 oz Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (I like to use these) 1 ½ tsp Coconut Oil
