Keto Breakfast Pigs in a Blanket
I Combined 3 cups of mozzarella cheese with 2 ounces of cream cheese. Microwaved for 45 seconds at time and stirred each time.
Combined 1 cup of almond flour and 1 tsp of baking powder in a bowl and added to cheese mixture Then added in 2 beaten eggs.
Kneaded it all together.
I used Johnsonville sausages.
Rolled dough into balls and wrapped around each sausage and then rolled in my hands.
If it gets sticky, wet your hands.
Place on parchment paper and bake at 375 for 20 minutes
I used a LOT of dough making them really fat. But that’s the way our family likes them. You can use less and make more.
Great way to start a Sunday.
