Feta Tomato Chicken (Low Carb / Keto)

Start with a package of cherry tomatoes in a glass dish and pour some avocado or olive oil on top then sprinkle with seasoning. I used salt, pepper and Italian seasoning along with 2 cloves of garlic and stirred.
I placed a block of feta cheese in the middle and put some more oil and Italian seasoning on top.
Bake this at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile dice up 3 chicken breast with oil andseasoning then set aside.
Once tomatoes are done, top with some fresh basil and mash it all up. Stir in the diced chicken and serve.
Ingredients 10 oz Cherry Tomatoes 2 tbsp Avocado Oil Salt & Pepper (to taste) 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning 2 Garlic Cloves 1 block Feta Cheese 3 (diced) Chicken Breasts 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning ½ tbsp Garlic Powder 1 handful Fresh Basil
