This was the first time I made this and I’m shook at how good it is. Combine a pound of ground beef and a pound of sausage and roll into a ball.
Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the middle and cover it up. (I cut up 2 string cheese sticks )
Dip in eggs and then roll into crushed pork rinds.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
While they are baking make the sauce. Bring butter and heavy whipping cream to a boil and then stir in shredded cheese and stir until melted.
This was so good and super filling. I could only eat 3.
1 lb ground beef
1 lb sausage
2 sticks of mozzarella string cheese
2 cups of crushed pork rinds
1 tbsp butter
¾ cup HWC
1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
