Big Mac Salad - Low Carb

Low Carb Big Mac Salad


Check out this Big Mac inspired salad. So good and satisfying, this recipe is 4 servings!


Start with sauteing ½ a chopped onion and then adding ground beef and seasonings.


The sauce, the most important part is ½ cup low sugar ketchup, ½ cup mayo, 2 tbsp pickle juice and ½ cup chopped pickles then just stir together.


Use your favorite salad mix, top with some of the ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes and cover with the Big Mac sauce.


This bowl is a good 2 servings, I couldn’t eat it all. Super filling and tasted amazing!


Ingredients:

½ onion (chopped)

1 lb ground beef

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Sauce

½ cup low sugar ketchup

½ cup mayo

2 tbsp pickle juice

½ cup chopped pickles

Salad mix

Shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped Tomato
