Low Carb Pizza
If you are eating low carb, save this recipe. It’s my absolute favorite pizza recipe.
It’s so simple and tastes like ACTUAL pizza. The crust is 7 eggs, 7 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and your favorite pizza seasoning or Italian seasoning.
Mix together well. Spray a large baking pan and spread the mixture out evenly. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and top with some low carb pizza sauce and whatever your favorite toppings are. I really wish I had a green pepper and onion… that would taken this pizza next level.
Pop back in the oven for another 5 minutes and serve.
Ingredients:
7 eggs
7 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp Pizza seasoning or Italian seasoning
1 jar of Rao’s pizza sauce
Whatever pizza toppings you LOVE
