Low Carb Almond Butter Fudge

These are as delicious as they look. You are gonna want to save this low carb recipe for sure.


Start with adding ½ cup of sweetener (I used RXSugar allulose) to butter and heavy whipping cream and microwave for two minutes and stir until smooth.

Then add almond butter, powdered sweetener and vanilla and mix together.


Pour into a lined 7x9 dish


The topping is sugar free chocolate chips and coconut oil, microwave at 45 second intervals and pour on top, swirl it in around for a good marbled look.


Pop in the freezer for at least 30 minutes and then cut into squares and serve.


I keep these in the fridge for a yummy sweet treat.


Ingredients

1 stick of butter

¼ cup HWC

½ cup sweetener

Add 1 cup of Almond Butter

1 tsp vanilla

¼ cup powdered sweetener

Topping

1 ½ cups of sugar free chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil
