Low Carb Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fat Bombs


I’ve lost 70 lbs and this is a treat I eat when I wanted something sweet.  They taste amazing and curb my appetite.


Start with adding butter to cream cheese then the lowest sugar peanut butter you can find or you can also use almond butter, sweetner, and vanilla.


Mix very well then fold in your sugar free chocolate chips.  I usually use Lily’s brand for this.


For the sweetener, there are a lot of options.  I use the Swerve brands a lot for my recipes.


Use an ice cream scoop and place on parchment paper and then pop in the freezer for at least an hour.


Keep in the freezer and just pull them out when ever ya  just need a little something sweet and satiating without the guilt.  Let me know if you make them too.


Ingredients:

8 oz softened cream cheese

3 tbsp softened butter

1/3 cup low carb sweetener

1/3 cup low sugar peanut butter or almond butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
