Low Carb High Protein SIMPLE Buffalo Chicken Dip

Losing 70 lbs, I swear by low car / high protein food like this amazing Buffalo Chicken Snack.


Start with about a cup of cottage cheese in a bowl, top with some shredded chicken.


Sprinkle some ranch seasoning on top and then some pour some buffalo sauce on top and stir it up.


This is great to serve as a snack or you can put in a low carb wrap or just eat it with a fork.  So good.

 

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup shredded chicken

Ranch Seasoning to your taste (I use Flavor God Seasoning)

Buffalo Sauce to your taste (I used Kinder’s Wing Sauce – Buffalo)
