If you love fried pork chops you will LOVE this recipe!
To be honest, this actually sounded so gross to me when recommended by a follower, but I had to give it a go.
Low carb, garlic & lemon-pepper, fried porkchops using mayonnaise...
So instead of dipping in eggs, she told me to use mayonnaise as it keeps the protein moist and helps the coating to stick longer.
The coating is a mixture of ground porkrinds and other things listed below.
I cooked these in the airfryer at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
They did not disappoint!!
Ingredients for coating:
1 ½ cups Ground Pork Rinds (I like Pork King Good unflavored)
2 tbsp Garlic Lemon Pepper seasoning (by Flavor God)
½ tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
