Low Carb Chocolate Covered Almonds


Looking for a great low carb chocolate candy? You can make the best ones right from home. I haven’t made this since Christmas and don’t know why. They are so good and totally satisfy my sweet tooth.


You can use any zero or low sugar chocolate chips, Just need 1 cup and then add a tsp of coconut oil or mct oil is what I used.

Melt in the microwave for 45 seconds, then stir and repeat. Be careful as not to burn your chocolate.

Next add ½ cup of salted almonds. Stir in until completely covered in chocolate.


Use a spoon and place on a non-stick mat or parchment paper and sprinkle some course pink salt on top. Who doesn’t love a little sweet and salt together.


Place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes to set up well.


These are absolutely delicious. Keep in the fridge for a grab a go sweet treat.

1 cup sugar free chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut or mct oil

½ cup salted almonds
