Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Tacos


If you love Buffalo flavor, you’re gonna wanna save this recipe… made this on my daughter’s request so she and her friends all tried it and loved it.


Start with 2 large chicken breasts halved. Sprinkle Flavor God’s Buffalo Seasoning and Everything Spicy Seasoning (use coupon code Katehigdon to save 10% off) onion powder and garlic powder on top and drizzle olive oil on them and rub in then repeat on the other side.

Cook in oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.


Place in a bowl (make sure to scrape all the drippings out of the pan – that’s the GOOD stuff) and then shred.


Next add Ranch seasoning, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and sour cream and stir together.


In a skillet place a low carb tortilla in oil and put some shredded Monterey jack cheese on top and then added your shredded chicken. Fold the tortilla over and flip a couple times.


Serve with some sour cream and enjoy.


Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts halved

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Olive Oil

1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

½ cup Sour cream

Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)

Low Carb Tortillas
