Low Carb "Big Mac" Casserole
Looking for a super flavorful Low Carb recipe? This is in the top 10 recipes I have ever made, hands down. Soooo good!
Start with sautéing ½ chopped white onion in 1 tbsp oil and then add 2 lbs of ground beef. Brown and then drain all but ¼ cup. Add seasoning and mustard and stir.
Place in a casserole dish and top with 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Add diced dill pickles and pickle juice to ketchup and mayo and stir
Pour over the casserole (you will have extra for those who want it) and then top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and more pickles.
