Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake


Are you crazy for all things pumpkin spice? THIS is the best thing I’ve made on TT!


Add 2 eggs to 16 ounces of room temperature cream cheese

½ cup pumpkin puree

½ cup of sweetener (I used monkfruit)

1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp of salt

Mix together until really smooth and creamy.


Line your muffin tins… I did minis and regular size. Head’s up… they are too good to only have one mini.

Pop in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees


Set out and let cool.


Top with whip cream and cinnamon
