Where are my lasagna LOVERS?!!
Do you love lasagna, but you’ve gonna keto or low carb and think it’s not an option. Check this recipe out.
Ingredients:
2 zucchinis 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (I use Pizza/Pasta Magic) 1 jar of Rao’s marinara sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Start with 2 zucchins and slice them long ways about 1/8 inch thick then place in a small, sprayed casserole dish. Ground 1 pound of hamburger and add 1 tbsp of your favorite Italian Seasoning, mine is Pizza Pasta Magic. Then add your favorite low carb marinara sauce.
Layer ½ of your meat sauce on top of the zucchini then cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with the rest of your sliced zucchini, cover with the last half of your meat sauce and again cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes then let cool for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
