Copycat Chipotle Chicken Burrito (Low Carb)
Okay, this was so good. I’m telling you, go get the ingredients and make this tonight. You will thank me later.
I used ½ packet of taco seasoning on 2 chicken breasts and cooked in the airfryer at 375 degrees for 12 minutes and then diced.
In a skillet I combined Greek yogurt, Rao’s Arrabbiata sauce, the other ½ of the taco seasoning, 2 laughing cow wedges which this video doesn’t show, added the chicken back in with some shredded pepper jack cheese and pico de gallo.
Wrap up in a low carb tortilla and enjoy! Also the leftovers are even better!
Ingredients: ¾ cup Low Carb Plain Greek yogurt ¾ cup Rao’s Arrabbiata Sauce 1 packet Taco Seasoning 2 Laughing Cow Wedges 2 Chicken breasts ½ cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese ½ cup Pico de Gallo Low Carb Tortillas
