This Keto friendly fruit salad is refreshing, tasty and simple!
Mix all your ingredients, except the fruit, first and blend until smooth.
Add your berries and fold into the mixture.
I chose keto friendly fruits that are low on the glycemic index and high in fiber. I’m not strict keto, but I am low carb.
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp sweetener ½ tsp vanilla ½ cup strawberries ½ cup blueberries
