Buffalo Chicken Dip (Keto)



What to do with this leftover shredded chicken… I got it!


Super simple recipe and easy to size up or down depending on how many servings you need. I’m all about finding recipes that work for the whole family and this is one of them!


Ingredients:

- 1 large chicken breast

- 8 ounces of cream cheese - softened

- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ½ cup your favorite chunky blue cheese dressing

- ¼ cup hot sauce


Add all your ingredients into one big bowl & mix


We are making this as a dip, but you could also stuff an avocado, a green pepper, put in romaine hearts and make a keto sandwich.


Grease an 8x8 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.


Once it’s all done, it tastes amazing with some celery sticks or my personal favorite, low carb cheese crackers!
