Breakfast Balls (Low Carb)
Need a low carb grab and go. These are perfect for our family, with a carnivore husband and a teenage son who is body building, this recipe checks off lots of boxes.
Simple ingredients eggs, hamburger, sausage, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic, parsley and shredded cheese.
Mix all together and roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake these for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Super simple and also easy to heat up during the week.
Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 lb hamburger 2 lbs pork sausage 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp garlic (I use Flavor God) 1 tbsp parsley flakes 1 tbsp onion powder
