4 Ingredient Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies



 We are LOVING these peanut butter cookies and with 4 ingredients, it doesn’t get much easier.

If you notice that peanut butter causes you inflammation, you can totally use almond butter too.

 

1 cup of natural, unsweetened peanut butter

½ cup of sweetener of your choice

1 egg

1 tsp of vanilla extract

 

Combine all ingredients together and then roll into small balls

 

Press with a fork and bake at 350 for 15 minutes


Make sure to let completely cool before eating.

 

Low carb can be sooo yummy!  I don’t eat strict keto cuz I don’t have to be to be in ketosis, but I love eating low carb.  My keto  drink and eating like this has not only helped me lose 70 pounds but keep it off for over 6 years now.
