The BEST Keto Cinnamon Sugar Muffins

These keto muffins are legit the best I’ve ever had!!!


Start with mixing butter, powdered sweetener and vanilla. Then add the eggs and HWC and mix well. 5 tbsp softened butter ½ cup powdered sweetener 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs ½ cup HWC


Add all your dry ingredients together (you can omit the flaxseed if you want) and then add the wet ingredients and stir. 1 ½ cup almond flour 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ginger ½ tsp nutmeg


Pour evenly into muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. This recipe makes a dozen muffins and are 1.9 net carbs per muffin.


Let cool on a baking rack then brush with melted butter and dip in granulated sweetener and cinnamon. 4 tbsp butter (melted) ½ cup granulated sweetener 2 tsp cinnamon



Holy Moly these were delicious! Gonna make some more this weekend!
