Doesn’t matter if you are eating low carb or not, these cheesecake brownies are delicious!
In one bowl, combine all the ingredients for the brownies and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
2 eggs ½ cup melted butter 1 cup almond flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder ½ cup sweetener of choice 2 tbsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder
In another bowl combine all the ingredients for the cheesecake portion and mix until smooth.
8 oz softened cream cheese 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp lemon juice ¼ cup sweetener of choice 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla extract
In a small, sprayed casserole dish, spoon the brownie mixtures by dropping in clumps.
Then spoon the cheesecake mixture on top. Take a knife or other utensil and drag through, this creates the marble look.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and let cool before serving.
