Summer has been full of vacations, family dinners, celebrations, and making memories.

And honestly?

I wouldn't change a thing.

But after a season of enjoying life, I can definitely tell I'm not feeling my best.

In just a few weeks, Jason and I are heading to Glacier National Park for one of our biggest hiking adventures yet, and I want to show up feeling strong, energized, and comfortable in my own skin.

I don't need perfection.

I just need a reset.

So for the next five days, I'm simplifying everything with what I call my 5-Day Egg Reset.

This isn't a forever plan or some magic fix. It's simply a way for me to get back to the habits that make me feel my best.

The last time I did this reset, I personally lost 8 pounds. While that was exciting, what impressed me even more was how I felt. The puffiness was gone, my joints felt better, I had more energy, and I felt less inflamed overall.

That's exactly what I'm hoping for this time as I prepare to hit the trails in Montana.

What My 5-Day Egg Reset Looks Like

For the next five days, I'll be following these simple guidelines:

🥚 Eat eggs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Aim for at least 6 eggs each day.

🧈 Add healthy fats. Use about 1 tablespoon of healthy fat for every 2 eggs. This can include butter, olive oil, avocado oil, mayonnaise, or even a little cheese. Dairy is absolutely okay—just keep it minimal.

Stop eating 3 hours before bed.

🧂 Don't forget your salt! Electrolytes are especially important when eating lower carb.

🌶️ Use seasonings and condiments. Hot sauce, mustard, herbs, pepper, Everything Bagel seasoning...keep it flavorful!

Coffee with cream is fine—but only AFTER your eggs. Starting my day with protein first helps keep my energy steady and cravings in check.

💧 Drink plenty of water. I aim for 6–8 glasses each day.

The Supplements I'll Be Using

Along with the Egg Reset, I'll continue using the supplements that are already part of my daily routine:

These aren't replacing healthy eating—they're simply tools that help support my overall routine.

What's Next?

Once these five days are over, I'll transition right into my Cortisol Conscious Fasting Program.

This is the exact program I created to help women—especially those over 45—lose weight by supporting healthy cortisol levels through protein-first nutrition, meal timing, walking, strength training, better sleep, and sustainable habits.

If you're looking for a realistic plan that works with your body instead of against it, I'd love for you to join me.

I'll be sharing my meals, progress, and how I'm feeling over the next five days, so follow along if you're ready for a reset of your own.

Sometimes the best thing you can do isn't start over... it's simply get back to what makes you feel your best.
