Starting Over isn't Failure, It's Experience

I’ve had to start over more times than I can count.

In my health, in business, even in my confidence. And for a long time, I thought starting over meant I had failed. I felt like I was back at square one, like everything I had worked for before was wasted.

But here’s the truth I eventually learned: starting over doesn’t mean you’re back at zero. It means you’re starting from experience.

My Story of Starting Over

There was a time in my life when I was exhausted, overweight, and ready to give up trying. I felt like I had failed every “diet,” every attempt at creating the life I wanted. I thought maybe it just wasn’t in the cards for me.

But then I made one more decision—to try again. Even though I was skeptical, even though I had doubts, I leaned into what I had learned from all the times before. That’s when things started to shift.

It wasn’t about starting perfectly—it was about starting with wisdom from my past attempts. And because of that, I didn’t just “start over”… I started stronger.

That decision eventually led me to lose 70 pounds, gain energy, heal my mindset, and create a life I love. And it happened because I stopped seeing starting over as failure—and started seeing it as a fresh chance armed with experience.

The Lesson

Every time you begin again, you bring with you:✨ The lessons from what didn’t work✨ The strength you didn’t know you had✨ The resilience you’ve been building all along

You’re not behind—you’re equipped.

This Week’s Motivation

If you’re in a season where you feel like you’re “starting over,” I want you to know this: you’re not starting from scratch. You’re starting from wisdom, strength, and experience—and that changes everything.

So take the step. Begin again. This time, you’re not the same person you were before. You’re stronger. Wiser. Braver. And you’re ready. 💛
