Look I actually don’t enjoy cooking so simple family recipes like this are crucial.
In an Instant Pot place 3 large chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning and pour some chicken broth in.
Cover and cook on the poultry setting for your instant pot.
Once done, I used my hand mixer to shred.
Place in a casserole dish and top with a carton of cottage cheese. Don’t like cottage cheese? This is gonna be rough year for you as cottage cheese is dominating the low carb world.
Top with low carb marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
3 large chicken breasts
Seasoning to taste – salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
1/3 cup chicken broth
24 oz cottage cheese
24 oz Rao’s Marinara Sauce
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
